Whilst on a trip to the seaside I was drawn to some interesting looking shacks set away from the main strip and found a lost world of rusted hulking boats drawn up onto the shingle, nets scattered around and silent, quick working fishermen. It was an irresistible opportunity for some documentary photography of a traditional industry.
These weather worn men and women had clearly learnt their trades over years and years, probably passed down from generations long gone.
What stories and sights have these fisher folk experienced? So much more to see here -will definitely be returning!
