A visit to Santa via a magical wardrobe…

Penshurst Place in Kent is a magical spot in any season but for Christmas they really pull out all the stops.

The Santa’s grotto and kingdom of Narnia is created within the outdoor walled garden, complete with a mocked-up 1940s bedroom and magical wardrobe.

Once you arrive dryads guide you through the wardrobe where fur coats give way to an enchanted forest.

Forest animals then meet you by the lampost to Mr. Tumnus house

and finally take you to meet Santa himself in his sleigh.

A truly enchanting experience, not to be forgotten – and the children will love it too. Highly recommended, but you need to book quick as tickets go faster than the White Witch’s sleigh!
